Principal Coach & Talent Strategist

Ayosike Washington is an award-winning coach and the founder and principal coach of Purposeful Prep, a career readiness practice for undergraduates and early career professionals. She also serves as Senior Career Prep Coach at Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), where she has coached more than 500 undergraduates and early career professionals through search, interview, and offer negotiation. This is the population she knows best.

Her 15+ years across consulting, recruiting, management, and coaching, including roles at Harlem Children’s Zone, Ashoka, and Accenture, give her an insider’s view of how hiring decisions are actually made. She holds an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, is a Certified Laser Agility Coach, and is a candidate for International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing.
